The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness (OMAFA) has launched AgMaps, a free online resource aimed at helping landowners unlock their land’s potential.
Developed by the ministry, the application helps visualize and analyze current and historical rural and agricultural data. It provides high-resolution aerial imagery, municipal and tile drainage maps, soil data and other tools that assist in the management of land.
The app also allows for customization through factors like field boundaries, map markers, notes, custom drawings and more. It is currently available on ontario.ca/agmaps.
