Largest organic potato producer in Canada triples capacity

Kroeker Farms Ltd., a family-owned potato operation in Winkler, Man., recently turned the switch on a nearly 70,000 sq. ft. washing and packing plant.

Wayne Rempel, CEO of Kroeker Farms, says they greatly expanded into organic potato varieties but were limited by their processing capacity for washing and packing product.
