Victoria Stamper
Victoria Stamper of Mascouche, Que., joined the United Potato Growers of Canada as general manager in April 2022. Victoria grew up in London, Ont., and attended the University of Guelph, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing. She moved to Montreal and studied at McGill University in the Bachelor of Arts, Psychology Program. She is fluent in English and French, and her previous work experience has created a strong background in sales, purchasing, marketing, administration, and human resources.

The United Potato Growers of Canada was formed in 2006, with membership from the east coast of Prince Edward Island to the west coast of British Columbia. Its mission is to create a more balanced supply of potatoes by providing accurate production and marketing information for Canadian Potato Growers.


Greg Donald
Greg Donald has been the general manager of the P.E.I. Potato Board since 2009.
The P.E.I. Potato Board represents P.E.I. potato producers working together to ensure long term profitability and sustainability through marketing, advocating, negotiation and activities that support quality potato production.

Greg has a BSc in agriculture with a major in plant protection from Dalhousie University. He also attended UNB and obtained a masters’ in business administration.

Greg has more than 25 years of experience in the potato industry, including five years with McCain Foods in New Brunswick in the area of agronomy, potato production, potato procurement and green crop field management. He then spent more than 14 years in progressively responsible management positions in the agricultural crop input business in Atlantic Canada and Maine with the Cavendish Group.

Greg also participates in a number of local and industry organizations including a director with the Kensington North Watershed Association, a member of the Prince Edward Island Institute of Agrologists, a director of the Farm & Food Care P.E.I., a director with the PEI Farming 4R Island, a director of the Canadian Potato Council, a director of the United Potato Growers of Canada and a director of the World Potato Congress. Greg completed the Nuffield Scholar Program (an international agricultural adult education program) that included a study of the Potato industry in Belgium (processing focus), Holland (seed focus) and the UK (fresh focus).

Greg and his family live in Margate, PEI. Greg enjoys family activities, boating, outdoor activities and travelling.


Shawn Brenn
Shawn is the president of Brenn-B Farms Ltd located just west of Waterdown, Ont. In their fourth generation, alongside his brother and immediate family, Shawn farms 2,000 acres of mixed vegetable and rotational crops with a key focus on growing potatoes. Shawn currently the chair of the Ontario Potato Board and a director on the OFVGA board representing the potato sector.
